SHIPPING AND RETURN POLICY

ORDER PROCESSING AND DELIVERY TIME

At theoceancall.com we work with Printful, Inc. a company specializing in Print On Demand for the manufacture and shipping of our items. This means that we do not have a permanent stock of each item on our website as each item is manufactured once we receive the purchase order from the customer or User. That is why the processing of each order usually takes 2 to 5 working days. Once the order is processed we proceed to ship it, depending on the shipping address indicated by the customer / User and the location of the factory of origin (Printful, Inc. has many locations and factories around the world) delivery times vary but are usually between 5 and 20 days.

Unforeseen expenses such as customs clearance in some countries will be borne by the customer.

RETURNS BY CARRIER

If the carrier company in charge of delivery to the customer returns the item to us for the following reasons:

  • The shipping address provided by the customer is incorrect, incomplete or illegible.
  • The package arrives at the shipping address satisfactorily but the customer does not pick it up or claim it within the established time limits.

The customer must contact us within 20 days after the return in order to manage the reshipment. In this situation the customer will be responsible for paying the new shipping costs.

RETURN BY THE CUSTOMER

Withdrawal

The customer has the right to return the item during the first 14 days after receiving the item and to the reimbursement of the costs according to the European legislation as long as the item has not been used and is in perfect condition. The customer must pay the possible expenses generated in the return such as shipping costs.

Item defective or in poor condition

The customer has the right to return and refund within 30 days of receipt of the item. The customer will share with theoceancall.com quality photos showing the damage of the item and the delivery note of the purchase.

Changes

Because in theoceancall.com we do not have stock of our items as they are manufactured on demand by an external company (Printful, Inc.) we can not accept size changes or due to errors made by the customer since the management of such changes involves the total cost of a new item. That is why we recommend the customer to review the size guides of each item and consult us through the form provided in our section of CONTACT if you have any doubts before making the purchase.
